Since we do our own treatment / coating in house, many fabrics may not be listed bellow. What you will see are the most popular fabrics on our line, but we can always work on your own fabrics.

The combination of fabrics, coatings, and inks to be used could be large, therefore we will simplify them onto a couple of tables bellow.

SIZES: Since we cut and roll our fabrics, we can custom size the width and lenght of the rolls (if fabric width permits ) to your printers specifications. From narrow rolls for small desktop printers, to wide rolls for large format printers.

The dye based treatment ( all purpose ) is designed to work with most water-based dyes printers, and is not meant to be wash resistant (although it could be depending on the kind of ink you use). This line of coatings are designed to get the brightest colors without needing a post-process ( no transfer, steam, or heat setting ).

Sublimation / Disperse dyes are mostly used on polyester based fabrics.

Reactive dyes are generally used to print on natural fibers like cotton and linen, on rayon, and similar fibers. Most Reactive treated fabrics are custom treated upon request.

Acid dyes are generally used to print on silks, nylon, and wool fibers. Most Acid treated fabrics are customer treated upon request.

Pigment inks can be used to print on all sorts of fibers, therefore our coating can be tested on any of your fabrics that need to be ready for pigment printing. Most Pigment treated fabrics are custom treated upon request.

Sign & Banner fabrics can be for Solvent or Dyes & Pigments. Some come laminated to avoid freing in the edges or non-laminated , others have Fire Retardant as an additional coating

*FABRICS TREATED FOR REACTIVE AND ACID DYES ARE NOT KEPT IN STOCK TO ENSURE BEST PERFORMANCE. DELAY IN SHIPMENT WILL VARY ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY. SINGLE SHEET BOXES ARE NOT KEPT IN STOCK, AND ARE PRODUCED ON A PER ORDER BASIS
**CUSTOM TREATMENT: Available upon request. Printability test and minimum yardage required. A $100.00 fee will be billed for each fabric successfully tested. This fee will be reimbursed to the customer if a production order is placed. The length of the rolls will be established on a case by case basis. Fabrics provided by customer must be white PFP (prepared for printing).
CUSTOM SIZES AND WIDTHS: All other widths available upon request. Other cut sheet sizes available.
